It enriches relationships, turbo-charges development and is often a lot of fun.

  • PARTNERS

This is a great opportunity participate with a partner (one or more) - it could be your life partner, a business partner, or someone you share a project with.

‘Partnership coaching’ enables both individual & relational transformation, and often supports a shared project or context.

Healthy partnerships are immensely fruitful and fulfilling.

Partnerships however, are not always easy. Because of this, and because they matter to us, they are one of the most potent and enriching areas for learning and growth.

  • FRIENDS

Why not come along with a friend, or a group of friends.

‘Friends coaching’ programmes are shaped around the unique goals, agendas and intentions of the group. They encourage strong, positive relational support systems that can continue well into the future.

Everyone benefits from everyone else’s experiences. Each person sparks awareness for the group.

It can be more cost-effective too!

Friends are encouraged to champion each other between sessions - structures, exercises, and tips are provided for this.

  • THE PATH

‘The path’ is a powerful nine-month adventure of discovery, transformation and creation for a small committed group of people together.

It combines regular one-to-one coaching with group workshops and includes a rich programme of systemic, integral, somatic, mindful and developmental models.

As each person experiences a breakthrough, it generates expansion for the whole group resulting in accelerated development for everyone.

Peer support often continues long after the programme ends.

testimonial

“I’m a happier person in both my personal and professional life.

Instead of reacting impulsively in triggering situations I’m now able to manage my responses better and choose how and if I want it to continue. If I sense an argument coming up I am able to pause, shift my perspective and choose my response more thoughtfully.

I used to find it tiring to listen. Now I am able to be a more active and open listener and approach difficult conversations with curiosity without this putting weight on my mental health. I give others space to talk, I genuinely listen to them. I’m able to put myself in their shoes and help them find things themselves. People are opening up more to me - family, friends, colleagues and clients.

I’m so glad I let myself participate fully in the coaching.”
